National AIDS Memorial Grove Public Art Project Feasibility Study
2007, San Francisco, CA
Managed all aspects of the Feasibility Study for the proposed art project in order to provide the Board with the information needed to make an informed decision regarding the future of the project. While the designers were responsible for the design and technical aspects, my function was to oversee the process and insure that all components of the study are investigated in a thoughtful and timely manner. This included working with the designers and the Board to establish budgets, facilitate meetings, coordinate the gathering of information, meet with the various agencies with oversight of the project.Managed all aspects of the Feasibility Study for the proposed art project in order to provide the Board with the information needed to make an informed decision regarding the future of the project.
